Cancellation Due to Weather

• If adverse weather, unexpected circumstances, or public health situations affect the tour after commencement, Vina Phu Quoc Travel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to ensure guest safety.
• Whenever alternative arrangements are available, guests will be consulted before changes are implemented.
• Unused transportation, hotel services, vehicle rentals, or tour components that cannot be provided will be refunded accordingly.

• The itinerary may be adjusted according to weather or operational conditions while ensuring all scheduled attractions are included whenever possible.
• Guests are encouraged to bring swimwear, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, comfortable walking shoes, and personal essentials.
• Optional attractions and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise specified.
• Advance booking is highly recommended during peak travel seasons.
