Cancellation by Customer

• More than 30 days before arrival: No charge.
• 15 – 30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
• 7 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
• Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of total tour price.

• No refund will be given for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, or hotel arrangements.
• No refunds apply for no-show cases.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or made in person.

Cancellation Due to Weather

• If adverse weather, unexpected situations, or health-related circumstances affect the tour after it has begun, Vina Phu Quoc Travel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to ensure guest safety.
• Whenever multiple alternatives are available, guests will be consulted before any changes are made.
• Any unused transportation, hotel services, vehicle rentals, or tour components that cannot be delivered will be refunded accordingly.

• The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather or operational conditions while ensuring all scheduled destinations are included whenever possible.
• Guests are encouraged to bring swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, towels, and comfortable walking shoes.
• Optional attractions and personal expenses are not included in the tour price.
• Advance booking is recommended during peak travel seasons.
